When I heard Namco/Bandai was helping Development on Super Smash Bros 4, my jaw dropped and I shouted "Holy Crap thats awesome." just as long as they dont stray too far from how it plays now then I welcome Namco's Assistance.
Who knows maybe with the extra help the game can be finished sooner but that could also be a bad thing.
Anyways since Namco asked Nintendo to add Link into Namco's Soul Calibur 2 game, Namco's assistance on Smash Bros and even adding one of their characters into Nintendo's game would be a great way to show thanks towards Nintendo.
Now with all the great Namco characters that would make great additions into the next Smash Bros game we got Nightmare from Soul Calibur, Jin or Heihachi from Tekken, or even Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia. Of these I see people voting for Lloyd or some other Tales character but I vote for Namco's Mascot Pacman.
Pacman is way more disurving of this role then any of Namco's other characters because 1: Pacman and Mario have crossed paths Twice in an Arcade Mario Kart game called Mario Kart GP and 2: Because he's Namco's Mascot, can you imagine Sega's Mascot Sonic, Nintendo's Mascot Mario, and Namco's Mascot Pacman all in a game together just beatin the hell out of each other?
I mean Sega, Nintendo, and Namco are the Triforce of the Arcade after all.

Moveset
B - Pac-Dot Shoot - He can shoot one of the Pellets out of his hand like a bullet. Not kidding he can acctually do this.

Up B - Flip Kick - Jumps in the air and flips with his foot extended. This is acctually one of his abilities.

Side B - Pac Chomp - Just a simple Pacman Bite kind of like Wario I guess but unlike Wario Pacman doesnt keep munching when he has someone.

Down B - Rev Roll - Pacman runs in place then rolls kind of like Sonic although not as fast and this is also one of Pacman's actual Abilities.

Final Smash - Waka Waka - Pacman eats one of those Power Pellets and grows larger and can freely move through the air in a Horizontal or Vertical direction. He cannot pass through walls. If he chomps someone that'll send them flying and potentially kill them if not enough Barriers to protect them. While he's doing this his movement speed is increased kind of like the classic Pac-Man games.
